The "Cabbage" series – the idea for this work arose in a Polish store, where among the vegetables, there was this beauty – cabbage. It was so beautiful that I decided to paint it, despite looking for an ordinary vegetable to make borscht. Ukrainian borscht is recognized by UNESCO as a cultural heritage of Ukraine.

My work is not about borscht. It is a work about the interaction of those who love. A couple – he and she, east and west, the atlas of the earth, engagement. This piece is about merging without self-destruction, a work about the harmony of coexisting together.
